There was a time when I was at war with my body.
Despite being praised for my beauty, I felt trapped in it.

For years, I twisted myself to fit into every areas of life but nothing worked. I've never been made to fit in, I was made to bring new codes, new ways of living. Despite years of solitude and despair, a voice never left me. Exquisite is designed to meet you where you are. While prior experience with embodiment practices is helpful, it is not required. The space has been curated to provide solid guidance, with abundant resources and support.
In case you have specific health conditions or limitations, please reach out directly, so we can see if this space is right for you.
Yes, Exquisite has a flexible format. You can join us at any time and will be able to catch up the previous sessions with the living library. Although, I warmly recommend you to participate to the live calls to receive the transmission in real time and tap into the collective field.
