A bespoke initiation where you learn to trust your aliveness and design your life around it.
We recalibrate your nervous system so your truth is felt before it's explained. You learn to track and break the patterns of micro betrayals. Your yes becomes grounded. Your no becomes calm and pleasurable. Your body becomes the place you decide from, as you learn to revere, love and trust it as your guiding and creative force.
We then meet the parts of yourself you've learned to exile. The edges you've dismissed as dangerous, desire, intimacy, visibility, rage, appetite. As a mentor and artist, I create initiatory spaces where embodiment, relational dynamics, archetypal and energetic work come together to recalibrate a woman’s way of being and living. Frequently Asked Questions
We have 7 sessions of about 90-minutes, paced to match the depth of the work rather than a fixed weekly rhythm. The arc moves through three phases, foundational repatterning, embodied initiation, and integration. Along the way, we check in at two structural markers to recalibrate your action plan if necessary and see what is actually moving in your life. Two additional integration calls follow one month after our final session.
You receive a tailor-made daily practice, built for your rhythm, your patterns, your current edge. You check in with me weekly so momentum is tracked. After each session, you receive detailed notes, so your mind has something precise to return to and you have an emotional anchor of what happened. Most important thing you have unlimited access to me (*check this section).
It is not sexual work. It is the training of your erotic intelligence, the life-force that moves through desire, creativity, presence, and expression, to lead yourself without performance, collapse, or leakage. Alongside that, we summon the embodied archetypes that help you transform identity from within. You are never asked to perform anything, you are just asked to arrive and be fully present. The rest is guided.
It means that when something is alive for you, a dynamic, a conversation, a threshold, a contraction, you can voice-message or text me, and you will hear back from me within a 24 to 48-hour-window. The situation you face on a Monday morning does not have to wait until next week session. I hold this access because the work lands in the moments between sessions, and those moments when reality hit are where most women tend to check out, soften, tighten. I am helping you move through them.

Yes to both. Exquisite is nervous-system-led, meaning that I tune into your capacity. However, if you are currently in acute trauma or crisis, then this is not the right container for you right now. I will point you toward the right professional if you want to.
Yes. We will have 2 integration calls after the initiation period. You will also the option to continue working with me if you want to deepen the work and its impact.
We move with flexibility, knowing life can get intense at times. If needed, we can reschedule, pause, or adjust the rhythm. Those are conversations we have when they are needed. To hold that well, I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Everything is clearly outlined in the contract you will receive from me for your onboarding, so you know exactly what you’re stepping into.
