I am Abigail,
I’m a passionate human being, in dance as in life. I help people fall in love with themselves.
"A master is filled with compassion and has the energy of a warrior: endless wisdom, infinite love, fierceness."
— Spina
My revelation
A Silent Struggle
From an early age, I felt like an outsider, questioning my place in the world; dance was my sanctuary. But as I grew older, I abandoned my passion in pursuit of stability and external validation.
Disconnected from my anchor, it led me to a dormant anorexia for over a decade. Movement became a punishment rather than pleasure.
My world crumbled in 2016 when I was on the threshold of my physical and mental health.
While some people claim that though experiences make us stronger, it also creates indelible scars.
I was living in a body at war, and most people had no idea.
It took me a few years to recover, so that I can learn to trust my body again and to feel safe in it.

My vocation
Coming Home To My Body
While Covid hit the whole world, I got lost every day in meditation and dance on the shores of Ecuador. From that moment, I started to move, not to look good but to feel good.
I reawakened my menstrual cycle, my hips started to open and a whole other quality of presence started to emerge.
I started to curate a unique approach that blends somatics, psychology, holistic movement and ancient practices.
I created an intuitive dance program that had more than 400 sign up in less than a week.
I received testimonials from people all over the world, like these one:

From this moment on, I became unstoppable.
My revolution
Unshakeable Force
As my work requires me to evolve, I encountered multiple ego deaths and made multiple mistakes. To the point that one day, supported by a dear friend, I created an alter ego to help me rise from the ashes.
This is how Abigail came to life. She is my muse, my ally.
Julie is actually my original name. They both work hand and hand.
From that moment, my passion reignited and I started speaking up, owning my unique creative flow and energetic blueprint. I kept on trusting myself in bringing movement into traditional coaching.
By doing so, I expanded within myself and so did my business.
Everything I teach comes from lived experiences and honed through years of mastering human skills.
When you work with me, you’ll strip away deeply embedded layers that aren't serving — so you can welcome and learn to love all of you.

Innerwork and training timeline
I made my deepest inner work investment in a 1:1 initiation with Chantelle Raven, a renowned Tantra teacher with over 20 years of experience.
That same year, I joined an intensive movement training with Amenti Movement, a cutting-edge, shamanic, and hip-hop-inspired collective.
I regularly join some of the most well-held Tantra and healing spaces in Bali as a staff member and co-facilitators.
A few months later, I trained with Luana Rose, a somatic and nervous system expert. My passion for relational dynamics led me to study with Florentine d’Aulnoy-Wang, a French pioneer with 20 years of expertise in loving intelligence and relationships.
After moving to Bali and already being curious about it, I immersed myself in Tantra, which immediately felt like home. My first teacher was Ma Ananda Sarita, a 70-year-old Tantra master who lived with Osho for 26 years.
I reconnected with my passion for dance in an entirely new way while deepening my knowledge of psychology and psychosomatics. I was particularly inspired by the work of osteopath Roger Fiametti, who developed the somato-emotional approach.
At the same time, I delved into Gestalt therapy, initially introduced to me through my Pilates background. This exploration eventually led me to the teachings of Carl Jung, which I fell in love with and self-studied for months.
From this journey, my current work emerged:
Using movement as a pathway to freedom and authentic relating.
Years later, I entered the wellness industry as a Pilates instructor and fitness trainer. I practiced breathwork with Sepp Mougnol, a mental coach and functional breathing expert, who introduced me to meditation and neuroscience. I also participated in The Path of Love, that changed the trajectory of my life.
That was the consciousness shift
The beginning of my rough healing, (un)learning journey with a year of psychotherapy.
Alongside, I practiced self-hypnosis with Muriel Altman, a hypnotherapist specializing in skin and self-image (self-worth). Her work helped me feel confident and at ease in my own skin—a crucial step in healing from anorexia and feelings of disconnection.
