My pain body showed me the way
After years of numbing, starving myself, literally. I found the way back to myself by understanding and feeling my pain. It took me years of relentless safety rewiring, deep listening, family constellations, power dynamics understanding to be where I am now.
I grew up with a fire I didn’t know how to hold so I burnt everything and everyone around me. My sensitivity regularly got me frozen, overwhelmed, extremely confused. My desire was too big for my life.
Dance gave me a place to pour all of that energy. It was my catharsis, my outlet.
It taught me discipline when everything else was chaos, nevertheless, I still felt unfit, so I stopped... 12 years later, I started dancing again, but in a complete new way.
The body became my teacher. Revealing my patterns, my shadow and my hidden, unspoken desires.
And it revealed to me how much of a women’s power lives in what we have been taught to suppress.
For years, the only language I knew was through movement. It was the only way I could stay honest with myself, and it was also the only place where I could tap into my power.
Trusting my edges as compass of my desires
Before I was a facilitator, I was a secondary school and University language teacher.
I later trained as a body therapist and energy worker. Since 2019, I’ve been immersed in neo-tantric teachings, shadow and exposure work. I am also a facilitator in Advanced Power Dynamics.
I am obsessed with the psyche, human behaviors and the invisible world, but also everything that makes our life more sensuous, more connected, more pleasurable.
I've witnessed how much the combination of the energetics work and relational dynamics change women's lives.
My life has been a long initiation into depth: learning to navigate shame, claim my desires, trust my voice and build a life that matches the honest, bold and big vision for my life.
I’ve learnt what it takes to hold big emotions, to meet the freeze, the deepest fears and emotions deemed negative. I became fluent in emotional alchemy.
It enabled me to fine tune my burning desire and intense Shakti with my sensitive heart. I choose love over protection and choose to move from truth instead of conditioning. It allowed me to find my people, to create the tribe and intiatives I really to be part of.
The work I do, and why women come to me
Today I mentor women who are deep, sensitive, attuned, multi faceted, talented.
Women who are powerful… but not yet fully trusting, nor living from their bodies.
I guide them through the depth of their desire, rewire the way they relate, so the way they move, speak and create feels effortless and draw people in.
My work is a synthesis of somatic and sensual intelligence, relational and power dynamics, creative transmutation, and embodied movement.
It expands women life, because it is lived and applied from the inside out.
