My pain body showed me the way
I grew up with a fire I didn’t know how to hold so I burnt everything and everyone around me. My sensitivity and intensity used to left me frozen, overwhelmed, confused. My desire was too big for my life.
Dance was my outlet. It became the place where chaos turned into discipline, until I used it to self-attack, so I stopped.
12 years later, that I started dancing again, in a complete new way.
After years of numbing and starving myself. I stopped running and started feeling. Years of safety rewiring, deep listening, family constellations, and power dynamics work brought me here.
The body became my teacher. It revealed my patterns, my hidden, unspoken desires. It made me see where I bounced from avoiding to controlling.
My work showed me how much of a women’s power lives in what we have been taught to suppress.
Trusting my edges as compass of my desires
I've spent my life studying how humans communicate.
Ten years across teaching, creative arts, body-led and exposure work. Trained in trauma therapy, somatics and power dynamics. Every chapter has been the same question in different rooms: how do we live, love, and create from aliveness?
I'm obsessed with the human behaviour, the invisible world and with everything that makes life more connected and more pleasurable.

I learnt to hold big emotions.
To meet the freeze, the deepest fears, the feelings deemed too much. I became fluent in emotional alchemy, fine-tuning my burning Shakti with my sensitive heart.
I consistently choose love over protection, and truth over conditioning.

My work is a synthesis of somatic and sensual intelligence, power dynamics, creative transmutation, and embodied movement.
It expands women life, because it is lived and applied from the inside out.
