My pain body showed me the way
I arrived through the body, after years of numbing, starving myself. The medicine that brought me back to life took me through years of sensing, breaking open (so many times), rebuilding, listening deeper.
I grew up with a fire I didn’t know how to hold so I burnt everything and everyone around me. My sensitivity regularly got me frozen, overwhelmed, extremely confused. My desire was too big for my life.
Dance gave me a place to pour all of that. It taught me discipline when everything else was chaos but it also broke me and made me felt unfit, so I stopped... 12 years later I reappropriated it in a complete new way.
I let myself being met by it, I let myself be, feel, and play with my mouvement. And it revealed how much of a women’s power lives in what we have been taught to suppress.
For years, I deepened my embodiment because it was the only way I could stay honest with myself.
The body became my teacher. Revealing my patterns, my shadow and my hidden, unspoken desires.
Trusting the edges as compass of my becoming
My life has been a long initiation into depth: learning to navigate shame, claim my desires, trust my voice and build a life that matches the vision of my little girl.
I’ve learned what it takes to hold big emotions, as big as the bold moves I regularly take in my life. Equally as big as the countless setbacks and humility moments I had to face.
I learnt to meet my freeze, understand my pace and move forward, fine tuning my burning desire with my sensitive heart. I choose love over protection as I learnt that universe got my back every time I move from truth.
2020 was the beginning of my business and a defining moment, when I created my first intuitive dance program and over 300 women joined within a week. Their response affirmed my direction, and revealed the path I was meant to lead.
