The moment I did it, it created a shift of paradigm, a permission slip to dream big. I started crafting an approach combining movement, music, somatic and trauma awareness, imbued with tantric codes. I was deeply invested in helping women and men free themselves from their own shackles, feeling empowered, truly loving themselves. 
 
The exquisite perfection that happened during my first sessions was mind blowing. Even though it came from an intuitive knowing. Months after months, I kept on refining my approach and seeing the impact of this work on my clients - and in my own life. 

Yet very few people are actually allowing themselves to deeply feel, or, do not trust this innate intelligence. This leads most people in subtle (and sometimes deep) depressive episodes, feeling of inadequacy, disconnection from themselves - others and life.
